EJS50: Quarterly price index for sales of property (2006=100) by category of real property

The planned publications of property sales for the months of April and May are cancelled due to a change of data source. The two months are revised statements and cover the period 4th quarter 2022.
The next publication will be 30 th June 2023 with data for 1st quarter 2023. At the June publication, data will be based on figures from the new data source. The primary source will continue to be the registered properties, but a minor break of data is to be expected. Further explanation will come with the publication in June.

What is included? You buy access to all data in this statistics, and will be able to create an unlimited number of tables, based on your own selection criterias. The access includes new data (e.g. if new data are released within the period of your access).
What is the Statistics? The statistics consists of a number of predefined variables (e.g. region, age, time etc.). You can create different tables, by selecting different values for each variable, as you prefer it, for a given purpose. However, the price for the statistics only includes data that can be created, based on the variables within the specific statistics. If you need variables that is not already in a given statistics, you either need to buy access to a statistics with the prefered variable, or you can contact our customer service, to get a price on the data you need.
Data Shooting included(value DKK. 0,00 incl. vat.) Within the price you are entitled to be alerted by e-mail, whenever a table of your interest is updated (Data Shooting). However, this requires that you create on or more tables from the statistics of interest, and choose to save the query for later use.
The following terms shall be accepted prior to conclusion of the transaction:
The general terms of sale and delivery apply to all products that are being offered for sale online with purchases of data through Statistics Denmark’s Payments Data Bank.
Time of delivery
Delivery of data purchased through Statistics Denmark’s Payments Data Bank is effected via downloading, which can be initiated by the user concurrently with acceptance of Statistics Denmark’s general terms of sale and delivery and conclusion of the transaction.
Responsibility for the product(s)
The responsibility for the products (data) purchased through Statistics Denmark’s Payments Data Bank shall be passed to the purchaser at the time of delivery. This entails that any damage of the product(s) after delivery is concluded shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Complaints
Errors in the data material caused by Statistics Denmark shall be rectified by Statistics Denmark without debiting. This is subject to the condition that the purchaser shall inform in writing Statistics Denmark of the errors within 30 days after delivery of the data by Statistics Denmark. The purchaser shall be liable to point out and prove the error or omission. If errors are revealed, the purchaser shall as soon as possible contact Statistics Denmark’s Customer Centre.
Statistics Denmark’s responsibility
Statistics Denmark shall not be financially responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss of the purchaser, including purchaser’s loss of profits, or for damage or loss caused by any cooperative partners of the purchaser as a consequence of errors in the statistical data purchased or errors resulting from further processing of the statistics.
Statistics Denmark shall neither be responsible if the ordering or delivery of online products are delayed or lost due to technical problems or defects.
Passing on product(s)
The purchaser shall only pass on the material purchased to persons who are associated with the same firm, institution or department. The purchaser shall not pass on the material to a third party – neither by copying, reselling, rental or lending, unless a written agreement is entered into with Statistics Denmark.
Passing on data to a third party shall only be conducted to the extent to which this falls within normal business activity or shall be subject to the conditions of copyright. If the material purchased or parts hereof are extensively processed by the purchaser, the material processed may be passed on to a third party. When the material delivered is put to use, Statistics Denmark shall be stated as source in accordance with established custom to the extent conditioned by its purpose.
Price and payment
The total price of the order appears from the order confirmation. An invoice, together with a giro paying-in slip, is posted. The terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice.
Cooling-off period
The purchaser shall not be entitled to any cooling-off period concerning purchases of data or other electronic material downloaded or delivered via e-mail or obtained in other computer readable form.
Reservation
Reservations are made with respect to printer’s error, price mistakes, price changes and changes in product specifications, etc.

CONDITIONS FOR DATASHOOTING
About the Service
Within the following 12 months you can order and receive an unlimited number of tables via Datashooting - for the fixed amount of DKK 0,00 (incl. 25% VAT). The price is the same whether data are monthly, quarterly or annually updated. For this fixed amount you can freely select new Datashoots or de-select existing Datashoots during the 12 months. The service will be active from the following working day after enrolment.
For each Datashoot table an e-mail will be sent from Statistics Denmark at the time of data release, including a link to the updated table. Statistic Denmark cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery at the recipient, due to external factors beyond the control of Statistics Denmark.
Delays and failed deliveries
Delays in the release of data in StatBank Denmark, which apply to all external users, will cause similar delays in the delivery of Datashoots.
Statistics Denmark cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by external factors or e-mail addresses wrongly specified by the user. Any complaints must be reported to Statistics Denmark (e-mail databanker@dst.dk) within 7 days from the incident, specifying username and date.
Payment
Statistics Denmark will send a Giro inpayment form in the amount of DKK 0,00 (incl. 25% VAT) to the postal address specified in your userprofile. In case of non-payment Statistics Denmark can suspend the service.
After 12 months you will receive a new giro inpayment form, offering you to continue the service.
Any earlier mentioned terms of agreement still apply.
